SANDBOX designed the award-winning Boathouse as the final structure for the Tahoma Lakefront Estate. The new structure, floating above Lake Tahoe, is nothing short of stunning! Designed to be in keeping with the architectural style of the other structures of the estate, SANDBOX used similar detailing and the same palette of reclaimed Redwood and Cedar.
